Path to Plate is an innovative project of New Mexico State University's Extension Service designed to connect local farmers, ranchers, and Institutional buyers in New Mexico. Path to Plate aims to cultivate an equitable and expansive marketplace that increases farmers' and ranchers' profitability while making local food more accessible across the state.
